NORMAN, Okla. | University of Alabama golf signee Bud Cauley of Jacksonville, Fla., will compete in June in the World Junior Golf Team Championship in Toyota City, Japan.

The American team is looking to regain the title it won in 2004 and 2005.

“I’m really looking forward to it so hopefully we can go over there and get the championship,” Cauley said.

Alabama junior All-SEC golfer Matthew Swan played on the 2005 USA World Junior team, helping win the gold medal. He finished eighth individually.
